A renowned lighting technology and consumer electrical company, recognized the need for defining sharp goals and objectives for its diverse leadership team. Comprising Operations, Retail Sales, Institutional Sales, Supply Chain, Aftermarket & Customer Service, Finance & Accounts, Human Resource, and New Product Development, the leadership team sought to enhance organizational efficiency and performance through a unified approach.
Challenge
The need for an efficient platform to manage pre, during, and post-workshop interactions including diagnostic conversations, workshop design and facilitation, post workshop action plans and implementation.
