One of India’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies, with a significant footprint in the domestic and regulated international markets, sought to elevate its manufacturing processes by introducing a comprehensive functional competency framework. This framework aimed to standardize proficiency levels and foster a culture of excellence across production, quality control, quality assurance, microbiology, engineering, supply chain, and human resource departments. To achieve this, a workshop was organized to equip 30 participants from various departments with the necessary skills and knowledge through Train the Trainer sessions
