Welcome to V-Connect. V-Connect is owned and operated by Potentia Growth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Potentia”). 

• Potentia offers a 14-day trial period with money back guarantee to provide customers an opportunity to experience V-Connect features and decide whether it meets their needs before committing to a long-term subscription. If the cancellation request is received within 14 days of the subscription start date, the payment is fully refunded.
• Should you cancel after 14 days of the subscription start date, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your subscription period.  You can cancel your subscription anytime by writing to us at [email protected] 
• By subscribing to V-Connect, you acknowledge and agree to the “Refund” policy.
• Potentia reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time, including the refund policy.
• In the event, you violate the terms of service, Potentia reserves the right to terminate the subscription without any refund.
